Kassim v. Federal National Mortgage Ass'n

219 So. 3d 1001, 2017 WL 2457246, 2017 Fla. App. LEXIS 8297
District Court of Appeal of Florida·Decided June 7, 2017·No. No. 4D16-2821·Published

Opinion

PER CURIAM.

On appeal, appellant argues that the trial court erred in denying his objection to the foreclosure sale and motion to vacate the sale of the property. Appellee confesses error, and does not oppose reversal of the order on appeal. After reviewing the record, we agree that the trial court erred, and reverse the order entered by the trial court and remand for further proceedings.

Reversed and remanded.

TAYLOR, GERBER and CONNER, JJ., concur.
