Opinion

TATE, Justice.

In this suit, the plaintiff railroad companies seek recovery of 1970 taxes paid under protest. In a companion suit decided this date, we denied recovery of 1969 taxes sought for identical reasons. Louisiana and Arkansas Railway Company v. Goslin, 300 So.2d 483.

For the reasons there set forth, we reject the plaintiffs’ claim. We affirm the trial court’s dismissal of this suit, at the cost of the plaintiffs-appellants.

Affirmed.
