Opinion

Suit for salary.

In accordance with an order of the court July 11, 1949, stating that plaintiff was entitled to recover under the decision in the case of Simon v. United States, 113 C. Cls. 182; and upon a report from the General Accounting Office showing the exact amount due, and upon stipulations filed by the parties and a report of a commissioner recommending judgment, it was ordered that judgment for the plaintiff be entered in the sum of $2,074.81.
