Motion to dismiss the instant holdover petition is granted pursuant to CPLR 3211 (subd [a], par 7) on the ground that the statutory authority for subdivision B of section 54 of the Code of the Rent Stabilization Association of New York City, Inc. (Rent Stabilization Code) has been repealed by section 6 of chapter 555 of the Laws of 1982.
