Action to enforce a guaranty in reference to payment of the second mortgages on certain real property. Order denying plaintiff's motion for summary judgment under rules 113 and 114, Rules of Civil Practice, and section 476, Civil Practice Act, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston and Adel, JJ., concur; Lazansky, P, J., not voting.
