In accordance with stipulation of counsel that the merchandise consists of fishing lines the same in all material respects as those the subject of J. M. P. R. Trading dorp, et al. v. Uivited States (43 O.O.P.A. 1, O.A.D. 600) and following the principles set forth in United States v. Steinberg Bros. (47 O.O.P.A. 47, O.A.D. 727), the claim of the plaintiff was sustained.
