In an action by an infant to recover damages for personal injuries sustained as the result of the alleged negligent operation of a bus, and by her father for expenses and loss of services, judgment dismissing complaint on the merits, after trial, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Nolan, P. J., Cars-well, Sneed, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ.
