Respondents' petition for review regarding attorney fees is allowed. The order of the Court of Appeals awarding attorney fees to appellants is vacated and this case is remanded to the Court of Appeals for reconsideration in light of Jury Service Resource Center v. De Muniz, 340 Or. 423, 134 P.3d 948 (2006).
