This appeal was docketed in this Court on December 15, 2021. Appellant’s brief was thereafter due to be filed on or before January 4, 2022. See CT. OF APP. R. 23 (a) (“Appellant’s brief shall be filed within 20 days after the appeal is docketed.”). Each notice of docketing informs an appellant “that failure to file the enumeration of errors and appellant’s brief within the time required may result in the dismissal of the appeal and/or appropriate sanctions.” CT.
