Opinion
.After a careful examination of all the testimony in this case, we are of opinion that the probate court properly declined to charge the defendant in his final settlement with Lindenbower’s interest in the note of Henderson Jones. The instructions given by the court show that the case was tried upon correct principles, and as the evidence sustains the finding, the judgment will be affirmed.
