In re Judson, Nancy Davis Secretary;— Plaintiff; Applying for Supervisory and/or Remedial Writs, Parish of W. Baton Rouge, 18th Judicial District Court Div. B, No. 32,738; to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, No. 2003 CW 1811.

Granted for the sole purpose of transferring the application to the court of appeal for consideration of the trial court’s ruling denying plaintiffs motion for suspensive appeal. In all other respects, the application is denied.
