ON MOTION FOR REHEARING AND CLARIFICATION

PER CURIAM.

Appellee, Department of Children and Families, filed a motion for rehearing and clarification of this court’s prior opinion, dated August 13, 2014. We grant Appel-lee’s motion, withdraw our previous opinion, and substitute this opinion, affirming the order terminating the parental rights of J.S. as to L.S.

AFFIRMED.
