District Court of Appeal of Florida·Decided September 15, 2004·No. Nos. 4D03-583, 4D03-584·Published

Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We find no error in the trial court’s denial of JS’s attorney’s fees and costs. JS should not have a second opportunity to prove up fees and costs that should have been apportioned at the fee hearing.

AFFIRMED.

FARMER, C.J., SHAHOOD and TAYLOR, JJ., concur.
