Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We affirm. However, we modify appellant’s order of probation to reflect that appellant’s conviction for driving under the influence (DUI) is a misdemeanor, not a felony. See § 316.193(2)(a), Fla.Stat. (1989). Compare § 316.193(2)(b), Fla.Stat. (1989).

AFFIRMED as modified.

COBB, W. SHARP and DIAMANTIS, JJ., concur.
