Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We have considered the record, the briefs, and heard oral argument. The record presented to us fails to show that ap-pellee willfully violated Section 687.04, Florida Statutes.

Accordingly, the final judgment is affirmed.

RAWLS, Acting C. J., and MILLS and McCORD, JJ., concur.
