Upon consideration, petitioner's motion to proceed in forma pauperis is granted, and petitioner may proceed in forma pauperis for purposes of this cause.

Following review of the petition for a writ of certiorari, it is ordered that said petition is hereby dismissed as a premature appeal pursuant to Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.110(l).
