Opinion
We affirm the summary judgment entered in favor of the property owner’s association. We agree with the association that there were no issues of fact and that the trial court was therefore correct in requiring the appel[1209]*1209lant to remove a shed and paint his front door, both of which violate the covenants and restrictions. Affirmed.
