Proceeding pursuant to section 298 of the Executive Law to review an order of the State Human Rights Appeal Board, dated April 22,1971, which affirmed an order of the State Division of Human Rights, dated January 18, 1971, dismissing appellant’s complaint. Application denied and order of the Appeal Board confirmed, without costs. No opinion. Munder, Acting P. J., Martuscello, Shapiro, Christ and Benjamin, JJ., concur.
