Appellant herein, Charlie J. Jones, neither appeared nor filed a brief in this matter prior to the time the case was called for oral argument. Pursuant to Rule VII, Section 5(b), Uniform Rules, Courts of Appeal, this appeal is considered abandoned, and is hereby dismissed at appellant’s cost.

Appeal dismissed.
