After being granted permission to file an out-of-time appeal, appellant filed his notice of appeal on June 29, 2018.1 The clerk’s record was due July 30, 2018. On July 31, 2018, we notified the Bell County District Clerk that the clerk’s record had not been

Accordingly, we ORDER the Bell County District Clerk to file the clerk’s record by September 7, 2018.
