Opinion
In a separation action, defendant appeals from so much of an order as awards plaintiff temporary alimony of $20 a week and a counsel fee of $250, and plaintiff cross-appeals from so much of said order as awards her only said amounts and $15 a week for the support and maintenance of their child during the pendency of the action. Order affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Wenzel, Acting P. J., MacCrate, Schmidt, Beldock and Ughetta, JJ., concur.
