For the reasons this day assigned in the companion suit bearing out docket number 82 — 48, Sline Industrial Painters, Inc. v. Cleveland Godeau, et al., 417 So.2d 82, La.App., the judgment of the district court is affirmed. Sline Industrial Painters, Inc. is cast for all costs of this appeal.
AFFIRMED.
