After Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court

MeMILLAN, Judge.

The Alabama Supreme Court, in Ex parte Johnston, 740 So.2d 438 (Ala.1999), reversed the prior judgment of this court, on the authority of Ex parte Parker, 740 So.2d 432 (Ala.1999). The judgment and sentence imposed by the trial court are hereby reinstated.

AFFIRMED.

LONG, P.J., and COBB, BASCHAB, and FRY, JJ., concur.
