Opinion

LANDRY, Judge.

This matter is companion to the matter entitled “Thomas Woods, et al. vs. Employers Liability Assurance Corporation, et al.” La.App., 172 So.2d 100.

For reasons this day rendered in the aforesaid associated cause, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. Costs of this appeal to be paid by defendants, Thomas Woods and Connecticut Fire Insurance Company.

Affirmed.
