J., Hinman and Rhodes, JJ., concur; Hill and Crapser, JJ., dissent, and vote to reverse the judgment, and to reverse findings of fact numbered 5, 6, 11, 12 and 13, and for a new finding that defendant had reasonable ground to believe that the transfer would eñlect a preference.
