Opinion

Judgment in favor of plaintiff unanimously reversed, on the law and on the facts and a new trial granted, without costs. We conclude that the decision of the Trial Justice with respect to the manner in which the accident happened and the cause thereof, on the record here, is contrary to the weight of the credible evidence. Concur — Breitel, J. P., Rabin, Valente, Stevens and Eager, JJ.
