Opinion

PER CURIAM.

The material facts of this case are indistinguishable from Zayas v. Department of Health and Rehab. Serv., 598 So.2d 257 (Fla. 1st DCA 1992). Accordingly, we reverse the final order and direct the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services to treat Kimberly Johnson as a single person household for eligibility purposes.

BARFIELD, MINER and MICKLE, JJ., concur.
