Opinion

THIBODEAUX, Judge.

For the-reasons discussed in the consolidated case of Chimney Ville Missionary Baptist Church of Garland v. Rev. Luke Johnson, et al., 95-819 (La.App. 3 Cir. 12/6/95), 665 So.2d 730, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. Costs of the appeal are assessed to appellants, Reverend Luke Johnson, Marion Johnson, Lester Johnson, and Gloria Broussard.

AFFIRMED.
