Contract. On a stipulation by the parties wherein plaintiffs agreed to accept the sum of $80,132.62 in full settlement of its claims and defendant agreed to accept the sum of $10,-910.79 in full settlement of its counterclaim, judgment was entered for plaintiffs for $19,221.83.
