Before our Court of Appeals for the Thirteenth District of Texas, on the 30th day of December, 2014, the cause upon appeal to revise or reverse your judgment between
JOHN RUSSELL COFFMAN, Appellant, v. CELESTE ELANE COFFMAN Appellees. CAUSE NO. 13-12-00303-CV (Tr.Ct.No. 11-01-00804-CV)
was determined; and therein our said Court made its order in these words:
JUDGMENT
THE THIRTEENTH COURT OF APPEALS, having considered this cause on
appeal, concludes that the judgment of the trial court should be affirmed. The Court
orders the judgment of the trial court AFFIRMED. Costs of the appeal are adjudged
against appellant.
