Pursuant to a stipulation of the parties in full settlement of all claims set forth in the plaintiffs petition and not previously disposed of, and in full settlement of all counterclaims asserted by the defendant, the court on February 4, 1977 entered judgment for plaintiff in the net amount of $1,962,413.21.
