In an action on a guaranty between defendants’ testator and another, of which plaintiff claimed it was a beneficiary, judgment was awarded to defendants dismissing the complaint on the merits. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Close, JJ. [174 Misc. 976.]
