¶1 Defendant, SP Plus Corporation, appeals the district court’s award of attorney fees to plaintiffs, JL Cook Company, LTD.; DLC LLC; and GRC LLC (collectively, JL Cook). In SP Plus’s appeal on the merits, we reversed the district court’s judgment in JL Cook’s favor. See JL Cook Co. v. SP Plus Corp., (Colo. App. No. 25CA1423, Aug. 27, 2026) (not published pursuant to C.A.R. 35(e)). We agree with SP Plus that JL Cook is no longer the prevailing party. Accordingly, we vacate the court’s order.
JUDGE SULLIVAN and JUDGE MEIRINK concur.
