After Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court

FRY, Judge.

Pursuant to the Alabama Supreme Court’s decision in Ex parte J.J.D., Jr., 778 So.2d 240 (Ala.2000), the circuit court’s judgment is reversed and the cause remanded to the circuit court for proceedings consistent with that opinion.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
