Opinion

per curiam:

We agree with the trial judge that the plaintiff is not entitled to recover and that the defendant’s motion for summary judgment should be granted. Without adopting the trial judge’s opinion [filed July 9, 1982], we adopt the result he reached. Our result accords with, and is consistent with, the court’s order in Hoffland v. United States, ante at 922.

The defendant’s motion for summary judgment is granted, and the petition is dismissed.
