Jimmie NELSON, Plaintiff-Appellant,
v.
Martin GORSKI, Officer; Michael Carrier, Investigator;
Angela P. Ruing, Hearing Officer, Defendants-Appellees.
No. 95-6440.
United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.
Submitted Nov. 14, 1995.
Decided Dec. 20, 1995.
Jimmie Nelson, Appellant Pro Se. Sandra J. Senn, STUCKEY & KOBROVSKY, Charleston, South Carolina, for Appellees.
Before HALL, MURNAGHAN and WILKINS, Circuit Judges.
PER CURIAM:
Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1983 (1988) complaint. We have reviewed the record and the district court's opinion accepting the magistrate judge's recommendation and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Nelson v. Gorski, No. CA-94-224-2-18AJ (D.S.C. Mar. 13, 1995). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
