Upon the state’s proper confession of error, we vacate the sentence and remand the cause for resentencing within the guidelines range. State v. Simpson, 554 So.2d 506 (Fla.1989); Franklin v. State, 545 So.2d 851 (Fla.1989); Lambert v. State, 545 So.2d 838 (Fla.1989).
Sentence vacated; remanded for resen-tencing.
