PER CURIAM.

ON CONFESSION OF ERROR

Upon the State’s proper and commendable confession of error, and our independent review of the record, we vacate the trial court’s adjudicatory order and remand this cause to the trial court for entry of judgment of dismissal and an order discharging J.G. from further proceedings in the cause.
