Opinion

In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 inter alia to annul and rescind a certain promulgated plan of the County of Nassau to procure bids for the designation as a county garage, petitioners appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered June 25, 1975, which dismissed the petition. Judgment affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements, on the opinion at Special Term. Martuscello, Acting P. J., Latham, Cohalan, Margett and Brennan, JJ., concur.
