JUDGMENT

Jeffrey Ray Porter, Appellant Appeal from the County Court at Law of Harrison County, Texas (Tr. Ct. No. 2023- No. 06-24-00112-CR v. 0357). Panel consists of Chief Justice Stevens and Justices van Cleef and Rambin. The State of Texas, Appellee Memorandum Opinion delivered by Justice Rambin.

As stated in the Court’s opinion of this date, we find no error in the judgment of the court below. We affirm the judgment of the trial court. We note that the appellant, Jeffrey Ray Porter, has adequately indicated his inability to pay costs of appeal. Therefore, we waive payment of costs.
