Opinion
The order under review imposing an attorney’s charging lien is reversed for lack of jurisdiction of the trial court to enter same based on the controlling and indistinguishable case of Patin v. Popino, 459 So.2d 435 (Fla. 3d DCA 1984). The cause is remanded to the trial court with directions to vacate the order under review.
Reversed and remanded.
