In re Jeansonne, Chet David; — Plaintiff; Applying For Writ of Certiorari and/or Review, Parish of Avoyelles, 12th Judicial District Court Div. A, No. 2012-7682; to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, No. 13-741.

Writ granted in part and denied in part. The court of appeal erred in awarding attorney’s fees pursuant to Louisiana Code of Civil Procedure Article 971. That portion of the ruling is hereby reversed. In all other respects, the writ is denied.
