PER CURIAM.

This cause is affirmed in all respects. However, the case is remanded for the purpose of conducting a bond hearing in accordance with Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.610. See McGovern v. Amira, 328 So.2d 862 (Fla. 4th DCA 1976).
