Opinion
Order affirmed, without costs of this appeal to either party. Memorandum: The only question presented here by the parties was the sufficiency of the newly discovered evidence. On this question we find that there was no abuse of discretion. All concur. (The order sets aside the determination of the court in favor of defendant and grants a new trial on the ground of newly discovered evidence in a filiation proceeding.) Present — Taylor, P. J., Dowling, Harris, McCurn and Love, JJ.
