PER CURIAM.

We grant the motion for rehearing and withdraw our previous opinion, issued March 3, 2004. The case was resolved by a plea on March 2, 2004, thereby mooting the issue of the legality of petitioner’s detention.

The petition for writ of habeas corpus is dismissed.
