PER CURIAM.

In accordance with the supreme court opinion in Jaye v. Royal Saxon, Inc., 609 [788]*788So.2d 20 (Fla.1992), quashing the prior opinion of this court, the summary judgment for the defendant is reversed and the cause remanded for further proceedings.
