1 The Honorable Rodney W. Sippel, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Missouri. a claim. Upon careful review, we conclude that the dismissal was proper for the reasons stated by the district court. See Warmington v. Bd. of Regents of Univ. Of Minn., 998 F.3d 789, 795 (8th Cir. 2021); King v. Iowa Dep’t of Corr., 598 F.3d 1051, 1052 (8th Cir. 2010).
