Opinion

In an action to recover damages for injuries to merchandise occasioned by fire while in the custody of a trucker, and for other relief, the appeal is from an order denying appellant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Nolan, P. J„ Wenzel, Murphy, Hallinan and Kleinfeld, JJ., concur.
