On Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court

SHAW, Judge.

Pursuant to the Alabama Supreme Court’s opinion in Ex parte J.A.P., 853 So.2d 280 (Ala.2002), the judgment of the juvenile court is reversed and a judgment rendered in J.A.P.’s favor.

REVERSED AND JUDGMENT RENDERED.

McMILLAN, P.J„ and COBB, BASCHAB, and WISE, JJ., concur.
