On July 18, 1980 the court entered judgment for plaintiff in the amount of $8,000,000, pursuant to a stipulation of settlement filed July 11, 1980 signed on behalf of plaintiff and defendant by their respective attorneys of record. The stipulation followed the filing on February 7, 1980 of a recommended opinion on accounting of Trial Judge Joseph V. Colaianni, reported at 207 P.Q. 131.
